Roles & Responsibilities
- Become The First Line of Support
- Handle IT service hotline and provide 1st level of support.
- Transform tickets created by email or calls into the ticket system.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Usage of remote tools (where applicable) to analyse and resolve the issue.
- Prepare the daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Service Level Agreement Assurance
- Ensure the Service Level Agreement & customer satisfaction levels are met.
- Conducting basic probing to determine the next action for any related
inquiries.
- Strategic Initiative
- Be a team player and contribute to team through collaboration and support.
- To perform any other assignment as and when required by the management.
Qualifications Requirement
- Basic knowledge in virtualization VMware
- Basic knowledge in Windows, Linux, and networking
- Able to work on 12-hour rotation shift basis.
- Experience in customer facing role, remote support, and telephone support
