Ensuring positive interactions between customers, proactive and attentive towards client’s requirements. - Account Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, providing dedicated support and personalized service. - Client Engagement:
Proactive engagement with clients, converting prospects and cultivate customer loyalty - Profitable Negotiations:
Skilfully negotiate contracts and successfully close projects, maximizing profitability and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. - Financial Alignment:
Ensure end user payment terms align with company standards, optimizing financial processes and maintaining a healthy cash flow. - Presenting Comprehensive Solutions and Insights:
Providing clients with a range of solutions and insights, identifying how new technologies and market trends impact customers’ businesses and influencing decisions within their accounts.
Qualifications Required:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
